Pacific Energy Service Inc., found an inadequate system due to the removal of the existing ASME horizontal storage tank. Pacific Energy Service Inc., installed new LAARS 750,000 BTU Low-Nox, high efficiency boiler and proper storage capacity for building.

Background and Requirements

Vintage 1920's property an architectural gem in Koreatown. 139 residential units on the property which was once a famous Los Angeles Hotel, The Kipling. Now remodeled and updated this property boasts new tenants and upgraded systems. The restaurant space has a hug kitchen, extra-large outdoor patio, two bars, high ceilings, and private rooms. Parking is included in the hotel subterranean parking area.

Achievements and Results

The new system gave this nearly century old building the latest in hot water technology and providing savings while meeting all current and future needs for consistent hot water supply.
