Got a call that nobody in the property had hot water; placed a call out to Pacific Energy Service and they came out very quickly. Jonathan Morales was our tech; very knowledgeable and professional. Was able to fix the problem and save the day! Our tenants were very happy, as was I. Recommend them 100%.

The techs are knowledgeable and professional and their in-office staff are helpful and always in communication. I have a maintenance agreement with them and it's been great service for the money.

I can't be thankful enough! I called and spoke with Jasmin who was extremely helpful and reassured me that everything would be taken care of. Within an hour the technician arrived. We called with a hot water issue at about 10:30 am today. The customer service rep told us we would have a service man here by 4 pm. Tony was here by 12:30. He diagnosed the problem in about 10 minutes and had the unit up and running by 1:15. We are just delighted by such prompt and efficient service. NO ONE likes a cold shower. He was very professional and with the noted detail of showing me the inside of the copper piping thinning, with no hesitation of mine, the repair was started.
